Last week saw the publication of tis year's Gotham Award nominations. The first big awards of the season, they set the stage for everything that is to follow, and this year One Battle After Another is in pole position with six nominations, closely followed by If I Had Legs I’d Kick You with four.

The winners will be announced on 1 December.
