There's been another win for Yorgos Lanthimos' The Favourite, which took Best Film at the Dorian Awards this week with Olivia Colman taking Best Actress for her performance as Queen Anne. Alfonso Cuarón was named Best Director for Roma.

Chosen by GALECA, the Society of LGBTQ Entertainment Critics, the Dorian Awards will be presented at an exclusive dinner at the Paley restaurant in Hollywood this Saturday.
