Andrea Arnold's debut feature Red Road continues to gather awards, winning five of the gongs at the Scottish BAFTAs last night.

The film - about a CCTV operator who becomes obsessed with a man from her past - scooped the awards for Best Film, Best Screenplay and Best Director.

Its stars Kate Dickie - in her first major role - and Tony Curran, won the awards for Best Actor and Actress.

It was also a good night for BBC comedy Still Game, which won a Best Performance award for star Paul Riley and also the Most Popular TV Award.

Stars from across Scotland, including Robbie Coltrane, Carol Smillie and Gail Porter, attended the gala event at Glasgow City Hall.

Short film excellence was also rewarded with Martin Smith's Tracks winning the BAFTA for best short and Bryan Larkin scooping the Best First Time Performance award for his role in Scene.
