Empire Awards winners announced

King Kong scoops best movie at glitzy awards bash.

The stars came out for the Empire Awards 2006, with King Kong showing the most muscle in the best movie category, while British films including Wallace and Gromit: The Curse of The Were-Rabbit, The Descent and Pride and Prejudice proved films don't have to be made in Hollywood to win the audience vote.
