The biggest competitive short film festival in Scotland, and one with a reputation for discovering year's big hitters, the Glasgow Short Film Festival is back with another great line-up of work from around the world. There's the usual focus on homegrown talent, plus the celebrated Bill Douglas Award and a special strand celebrating LGBTQ+ filmmakers. The opening film is Alex Hetherington's The Disco.

The festival runs from 19 to 23 March.
