This inaugural festival has been set up to celebrate the best in Scottish and Irish film-making and is set to become an annual event. Jointly organised by the Edinburgh Filmhouse and Consulate of Ireland, it aims to give young film-makers a forum for their work. The inaugural programme includes new films The Rocket Post and Night People and includes also includes older classics, such as My Left Foot. The season runs from October 28 until November 9.
