If you fancy a quickie, then Bristol Encounters is the place to go - since this is a celebration of all things small. From drama to documentary and animation, this short film festival celebrates new talent and experienced film-makers from November 21 to 26. If you can't make it to Bristol, many of the films are available to watch online at the BBC Film Network. Read who won the 2006 awards.
